Tena has been exceptional. She explained all care for my dad. She also explained the procedures and showed empathy toward our family members. Tena is very professional, respectful and courteous!

Tena cared for my mom in ICU and was very informative and thoughtful in explaining exactly what was going on, the nature of the tests and treatments, and generally anticipated our questions and concerns.
