Teneisha went above and beyond helping us on our unit when we only had 3 RNs on shift. She helped cover the unit when we had a rapid response and 2 RNs needed to leave and run medications to another unit. She helped transfer out a patient so we would not have an unusually high patient load. She assisted with a STAT CT scan so 2 RNs could remain in the unit. She did all this while being in charge and having patients on her own unit. Teneisha was amazing and showed compassion to all of us!
