Tenille is an amazing nurse, but truly showed it when her patient had a rapid response on peds. She showed her skills with full compassion. She showed confidence while showering her patient's parents love and support. She worked hard with our doctors and code team and never left the bedside until the patient was shipped out. She always has a smile on her face, shows compassion and respect for everyone. The big events matter but it's the little things that go a long way. Helping, caring, teamwork, a smile, a hug, and all the other things. She does them all!
