I was admitted to the CVU with difficulty breathing and having panic attacks as a result of the breathing issues. Tera was wonderful. She knew I was afraid, got eye level with me and talked me down. She told me, "It's okay I am with you. You got this." Tera helped me on a personal level, plus she made sure that my fiancé felt welcomed too. I want to thank her for all she has done. It really meant a lot to me.
