Tera Lannom, DNP, RN

I have worked at HMC a total of eight years. I have had all wonderful supervisors that I've admired, looked up to and learned from.
When Tera Lannom became my one-up, I quickly learned how much she loved her job. She loves to teach, she loves her staff, and has dedicated herself to all of us so much that when needed, she has jumped in and covered shifts.
She greets everyone with a bright smile, her door is always open to those that need her help with work, education, or even the occasional personal issue.
She has a grace and intelligence that exceeds what is taught at any institution. From throwing candy to children from a Christmas float to interacting with our board members and executives, she treats everyone the same. This is our Tera.
