Teranee was able to take care of my husband (and me) during our unexpected stay. She was amazing at keeping us informed, explaining things we didn’t understand, and keeping us calm with knowledge.

We never felt like we had to advocate for care, and she made it easy for us to ask questions even when she didn’t have all the answers. She would find out for us. She never made us feel like she was in a hurry and made our unexpected stay much more comfortable.
