During the beginning of the pandemic, Terell made cloth masks, and the money she earned bought snacks for the staff. She delivered ice-cream sandwiches to staff in the hospital.
She puts her co-workers first. She is always trying to make sure that staff is recognized for their hard work. She used her bonus this year and bought prizes for 8 Days of games during Christmas. She chose the 8 days of games to honor the Jewish community. She volunteers in the community as well as at work. As the Shared Governance co-chair, she developed a roll-around Spirit of Magnet decoration that she decorated with minimal help. During the beginning of the pandemic, she made cloth masks, and the money she earned bought snacks for the staff. She delivered ice-cream sandwiches to staff in the hospital. She maintains a positive attitude and has matured in her responses to peers. COVID did not stop her creativity in making staff feel valued. With the staff feeling important and that they matter the positive patient outcomes can only get better.
