Teresa Blacker, RN

If it wasn’t for Teresa I believe I would have died. She has helped me with all of my heart problems and guided me when I needed. She is a very pleasant and caring person. With nurses like Teresa, it makes me feel like someone out there really cares for my health and life. She deserves to be recognized for her care and how you can count on her to give advice. She monitors me each day and calls if it isn’t normal. I can depend on her each day. I wish I could thank Teresa better than just saying thank you for your service to us Veterans. It doesn’t seem enough, but I really depend on Teresa and I’m so grateful for her. You are the best!
