Teresa is an extremely organized and remarkably efficient nurse!She gained my trust right from the start of my stay. She was always available to meet my needs with a friendly smile and a listening ear. She never seemed in a hurry but remained very efficient at the same time.
I would certainly say that she is a natural. Her nursing technique is excellent. Teresa's compassion is always visible and it is very evident that she is a kind, loving, and empathetic person. Her famous last words whenever she leaves a room are: "Can I get you anything else? Please call if you need anything!" She is the perfect image of a great nurse!
