During my recent hospital stay, Teresa was attentive, kind, and extremely skillful in providing professional and compassionate care! She not only removed a painful IV that was pressing against my wrist but helped my husband and me navigate the INTEGRIS billing process and acted as a liaison between the case worker and myself.
On the day of discharge, I still had dialysis treatment. The transfer tech picked me up for a four-hour treatment just as lunch was being served. Teresa met me at dialysis with lunch! She even shared stories about her dogs with me. Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to go beyond her assigned nursing duties gave me a piece of mind and made my stay much more comfortable. I deeply appreciate her extraordinary care!
