Teresa is such an angel. She stayed with me all throughout my stay at Kaiser. I remember a time when I was in such mental and emotional distress and she made me feel comfortable and calmed me down with her very soothing voice and her warm touch. She sounded very sincere and made me the center of the discussion. She saved my life. My transition home was very smooth and I could not have made it without her. Although the care at Kaiser by everyone was outstanding, I'd like to rate her beyond that if there are any other higher rating systems available. She may not have physically taken care of me, but what she did for me is beyond physical healing. I have been in hospitals before, but I will never forget how I felt from the very first time I saw her. She is heaven-sent. Please make sure she knows about this and she gets recognized for such a great vocation (not a job) and dedication to ensuring that patients like me would not have to worry about other things but to recover from our illnesses. Thank you, Teresa, for making me feel this way by a healthcare worker like you. I hope your kindness will be duplicated everywhere.
