Teresa Chabot, RN

Teresa Chabot was nominated by the mother of a patient at MH Pediatric Practice in Portland. She was recognized for the level of care and concern that was demonstrated during several phone encounters during the patient’s illness.

Teresa was able to ease the mother’s anxiety and took extra time to provide updates and guidance. The mother expressed her gratitude for Teresa’s care and attention during a stressful and overwhelming time. She felt Teresa went above and beyond, and for that she is eternally grateful.
