Teresa went above and beyond not only to provide excellent care but also to make sure I was comfortable at all times and that I had everything I needed, no matter how small it was. She took time to check on me often and explained things with patience. Her compassion not only helped me to calm down but also gave me peace of mind knowing that I was in good hands. What impacted me the most was how she made me feel valued and cared for as a person, not just as a patient. Teresa’s attentive and compassionate care truly made a difficult experience easier to go through, and I am deeply grateful. Teresa is amazing!
