Theresa was my nurse when I returned from surgery after having my left kidney removed. She was very professional. She was very attentive to my post op needs as well as my emotional needs. Cancer is a scary word and many questions come to your mind when you hear it. Theresa took extra time to explain the how and the why of my surgery and listen to all of my concerns. She was always there with an understanding attitude. She contacted the doctor on several occasions regarding my care. Theresa was very competent in her nursing skills and made me feel like I was in a safe place and well cared for. Theresa is a wonderful asset to Saint Vincent and she deserves a field of daisies!
