It's hard to pinpoint a specific example. The days all blend together. I can say that Terri has a great attitude. She always gauges my status and responds accordingly. If I'm in a good mood, she is playful, jovial, and chats up a good story. If I was in pain, she was very attentive to do whatever she could to help me feel better. When I first met the OT, Terri and J had some playful banter back and forth. It really gave me the feeling of a collaborative effort over my care. Terri always answered my questions. She never made me feel stupid or awkward. Her years of experience are a major attribute. When coupled with her people skills it makes her the perfect nurse at a less than perfect time in life!
