Terri was the day nurse for my son for several days. She was an immense support to our entire family. One day after being fully overwhelmed and exhausted by therapy, my son sank to the floor and got into a fetal position. He began rocking and crying. Terri walked in and took one look at him and said, “we will make this okay”. She helped my son settle, messaged the doctors, therapists, and staff, and was able to help coordinate a calm break and more organization for his schedule to allow rest breaks between therapy sessions. She also helped to better coordinate medications so that we didn’t have to be awakened in the night. She has streamlined and advocated our processes to optimize my son’s recovery. She is phenomenal!
