Teresa Duclos, RN

My mom is terminal. I live almost 3 hours away. When I was finally able to come to see my mom, Theresa took the time to explain everything that had been done. As I expressed my feelings of wanting to make my mom feel as comfortable as possible and stop treatment, she worked diligently to get the ball rolling. Shelby has an outstanding staff, but Teresa touched my heart in ways those closest to me couldn’t. She genuinely cared for my mom like it was her own mother. She fed my mother while I was not here. She kept her very clean, taking time to work on her hair. She has given many long hugs. She has been a Godsend.

I wanted an EKG strip of my mom’s heart. Teresa went above and beyond to get me a good strip. Shelby is lucky to have her. My mom and I are thankful to have her as our nurse.
