Teresa was nominated for the DAISY award for going above and beyond to help a patient who had become estranged from his family and friends due to his medical condition. Due to Teresa's commitment to excellent patient care, she worked through many obstacles and coordinated a discharge plan that would best meet the needs of this patient. We appreciate all she does to make an enormous difference in the lives of many.
