Teresa works at the Roy Fagan Centre (inpatient older persons' mental health). Teresa is a very experienced nurse who makes a big difference in her patients' and their families' lives. Her approach provides them with confidence and assurance; they are at peace knowing that they are in good hands. Teresa comforts her patients in a very professional way and her nursing skill in caring for her patients is of a very high standard. She is a very good role model for students and beginning nurses who go to her for advice and guidance which she is happy to share with them. I believe Teresa is a true DAISY Nurse who daily makes a difference in people's lives and she is someone who I am happy to nominate for this award.
