Teresa instructed the patient and caregiver on the oxygen/pulse sensor and BP cuff and how to evaluate and interpret the readings. She followed up and texted the patient and aide, left messages with the patient's PCP, and explained subsequent symptoms that were vital to the patient's health. She continues to demonstrate her knowledge and caring.
