Teresa shows compassion towards all patients with her excellent listening skills, caring nature, and drive to assist them accomplish whatever task is desired with respect, dignity, and empathy.

Teresa encourages collaboration by stepping into several different roles using her critical thinking skills for information sharing, through her dedication to the facility and patients, and through working together as a team. She will step up and assist any nurse in the building and educate them if they are unsure or nervous about completing certain tasks. Teresa is respected by her coworkers and patients for her giving, kind, empathic and dependable nature. When a patient discharges and returns a period of time later for a short stay they always remember her and look forward to her care.

She takes the extra time to get up close and personal with the patients earning their trust and respect, bringing them daily joy, and reducing their worries. Teresa provides holistic caring skills to all patients by always putting the patient's needs first, listening to their concerns, and collaborating with other staff to make sure quality care for the patient is enhanced.

Teresa has a kind and caring nature. She treats the patient as an equal and works with them to resolve any concerns or needs. Her bedside manner is one enjoyed by all that admit to the facility. She provides the quality of care that is remembered by all who enter the building. Teresa is always willing to take on any challenge and has a desire to learn new things. In return, she uses her new skills to assist in any department of the facility and completes the task with the patient’s best interest in mind.
