I have been hospitalized multiple times in multiple hospitals over the last 10 years. I have never experienced the excellent care and compassion that I have received from Teresa. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect of my care from immediately responding to my calls, always following safety procedures (this is very important to me), to actively listening to my questions and concerns, and last but not least, her constant awareness of my conditions.

As a patient with chronic illnesses, a nurse's treatment can be crucial to my healing process. There has been no other treatment that I have received that could compare to hers. I highly commend Teresa Luke for her extraordinary care for me and her service to your hospital.
