Terri went out of her way to make me feel as if everything would be ok. She was very kind and understanding. I was having an adverse effect on a new med. She helped me get through my leg tremors, cold sweats & auditory hallucinations. She was so attentive. I knew she had other patients, but she truly made me feel as though relieving my symptoms was a top priority. I never felt as though I was a burden when I called for help for my symptoms. I'm so very thankful & grateful for her! Shannon is lucky & blessed to have her represent their core values.
