How does one decide on a "special" person when everyone that entered my hospital room was exceptional! Everyone was cheerful when they came in but Teresa seemed not only cheerful but also personable in that she seemed to enjoy her work and the patients. She was patient in answering my questions and good at explaining what she was going to do and what she was going to give me when she was giving me pills. My husband and I both felt she was very attentive and helpful. Her cheerfulness brightened my day every time she was my nurse.
