Teresa O'Nwere-Tan, RN

Teresa goes above and beyond her role and duty. Very enthusiastic, compassionate, very caring heart failure nurse. She sits down and explains things to you in a way you understand and takes on board your thoughts and feelings. Although she was looking after my heart, she noticed I had a possible clot in my leg and saved my life. I know her father had a stroke whilst she was working but that didn’t deter her from doing her best. The heart failure team as a whole is also amazing. I didn’t realise how valuable specialist nurses are in the community.
