Having known Terry as both a co-worker and a caregiver during my stay as a patient at Morton, I can say that she is extremely attentive and compassionate. Terry kept me informed of what was going on with my health and thoroughly answered all of my questions and made me and my family feel at ease.
As an Observation Assistant I have seen how she cares for and comforts patients. She always spends as much time as needed to answer their questions and put them at ease.
Terry is a real leader and is always willing to help her peers to learn and develop professionally be it at skills day, or as a member of the Nurse Practice Council Terry is very involved in caring for Morton Hospital's patients and staff.
