After waiting nearly 8 hours in Same Day Surgery, Teresa continually checked on me and my husband. She apologized for the long wait and kept me updated with my surgeon’s progress with the patient before me. (a very lengthy surgery). After confirming I was willing to continue to wait and not cancel she found out my surgery would have to be postponed due to an emergency appendectomy. Teresa then went to work on setting me up for surgery 1st thing Saturday morning and made sure I was not charged for any services on Friday.
