One of our patients called and requested a nomination for Teresa Reynolds RN. The patient stated Teresa is very detailed with assessments and teaching and conscientious about his time and hers. She was "cheerful and positive with each visit" and a "great communicator with him and his wife, his physician, and even the hospital." Teresa always makes him and his wife feel encouraged and confident in her care. Her approach inspired him to adhere to his plan of care and follow through when she asked him to do something. He appreciated how Teresa "always spoke highly of her co-workers," again instilling trust in him for the team and feeling like she has a "genuine heart." She always left him encouraged and feeling positive, which he states was beneficial for healing.
