I would like to recognize Teresa for being an exceptional preceptor. She has been incredibly supportive, patient, and always willing to teach. She creates a positive learning environment that makes it easy to ask questions and grow with confidence.

Teresa consistently demonstrates strong clinical skills and provides excellent patient care while remaining calm and professional in all situations. She takes the time to explain things clearly and helps connect clinical knowledge to real-life practice, which has helped strengthen my critical thinking and confidence as a nurse.
