From the moment I arrived, she was very professional and, most of all, compassionate. Prior, I was having horrible anxiety. She took it away. She explained beyond my procedure and gave me comfort. At that time, I felt completely safe and secure, like all my worries went out the window. Her smile says it all. She deserves to be recognized and awarded; coming from a 3-time cancer patient speaks volumes. I’m still battling. I’ll NEVER GIVE UP. She understood, and I think it was very noble of her. I am forever grateful.
