Teresa came on duty at 7 pm while I was with a patient who was anxious, restless and short of breath. She quickly sat beside the patient and talked soothingly to him while rubbing his head and back. After a short time, the patient was relaxed, laid back and fell asleep. This was such a heartwarming sight. What stood out was Teresa's genuine love for her profession and her dedication to her patients. It showed what true nursing is and should always be.
