We spent three days with our nurse after having our first baby and she was amazing! She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, informed and reassured. For example, she stopped by at the beginning and end of her shifts to say hi, to let us know what to expect and make us feel confident as new parents. She even helped us to ensure we had the same overnight nurse, which was really above and beyond. One evening, she helped my mother find her parking spot!
Teresa has been a part of our family and we couldn't imagine a better experience - We're sad she can't come home with us!
