During my son's 28 years at Hattie Larlham, Teresa was the first person I handed him to. From that day on she has been a comforting and compassionate nurse to me and my family. He has had many life-threatening episodes and Teresa is always by his side to provide exceptional care and always easing my fears and pain, knowing she is with him. During May of 2014 he was very, very sick-I had to make many decisions alone because my husband had just passed away in January. Teresa was my strength and her expert nursing skills helped me abundantly. He did pull through and during that illness Teresa was always there for him, even when I could not be there.
