The family has been rotating to be with my father in the ICU. Today, I spent 7 hours with him and Tess was outstanding. She is kind, patient, knowledgable, compassionate, and attentive and you can tell she loves what she does. She went above and beyond with care making sure each one of our family members was aware of everything going on in detail. Tess provided urgent attention to my father's every need. She made sure every question was answered and made preventative measures to aid in future sores.
