My husband G has been confined in the ICU for 11 days. Tess was one of his nurses. She demonstrated real concern for my husband and the family during these difficult times. She was there and always willing to answer all our questions, give us updates, and give my husband compassionate care. We had many questions as my sister-in-law and I are retired Registered Nurses ourselves. I am from the NICU, and my sister-in-law is from Labor and Delivery. We knew Tess was an excellent nurse in her delivery of care. She often tried ways to assess his comfort level and applied her expertise to our satisfaction and comfort. Her skill level goes above and beyond. Her patience and gentle nature were much appreciated by us. It gave me comfort to know she was there for us.
