...Tess is a natural patient advocate who goes above and beyond the call when it comes to her patient care. During rounds, her patients always feel special having her as their nurse. Tess is an essential member of the critical care team and an amazing resource to her co-workers. As an active participant with ARCIS updates and upgrades, she advocates for her peers and ensures they are aware of any changes. She is a natural teacher, is approachable, and always willing to lend a hand. She is dynamically involved in extra activities throughout the hospital, and was pivotal in the planning of this year's Nurses Week festivities. She makes it her personal mission to help all new members of the ICU team feel welcome and a part of the family.

With every life she touches, whether it be a patient or staff, we are blessed to have Tess as a valuable part of SFMC.
