“Teri cared for our baby the weekend before his heart surgery. We felt she went above and beyond as a nurse. Teri has cared for our son prior to this and has always given a sense of hope and understanding. She explained meds, equipment, and procedures. Teri was always caring and compassionate when speaking to our son and us. Our son was critically ill the weekend prior to surgery, and Teri worked hard trying to get him “ready” for surgery. She worked late both nights and never complained. On the day of his surgery, she even came by during her break from a meeting to check on him. Teri is a very excellent nurse.”
