Teri is always so friendly and patient with me (the patient’s mom). She keeps me informed and is genuinely concerned about my daughter. Teri goes out of her way to make us as comfortable as we can be. When I mentioned that my daughter has a little fishy/song toy on her crib at home that she likes, Teri went to find one to put on her crib here at the hospital. She also makes sure she explains what she does for my daughter while I’m here in the room with her. She talks to and comforts my daughter while she’s giving her a bath or changing her diaper…little things like that really count. I couldn’t ask for better care while I’m not able to be here personally with my daughter. I feel that she’s in good hands while I’m gone. I think Teri is a very kind-hearted and loving nurse. Even though she’s very busy attending to all her duties, she takes the time to care.
