I feel that Teri Williard deserves a DAISY Award because she always takes her time to explain anything that I don’t understand clearly. She plays with my daughter to make her feel more comfortable while she is staying in the hospital. She turned the worst day ever into the best day ever. She would stop what she was doing just to listen to my concerns and questions. She would call the doctors every time I asked her to no matter how many times it was – not all nurses would do that. She consoled me when times got hard for me. She is very loving, caring and worked very well with my child. My daughter loves her and so do I. She is an outstanding nurse!
