Terin really took the time to get to know my family and personalize the care for my son in NICU. I appreciated the superb hygiene she provided for my son. He always looked so comfortable in her care. She made my relatives feel comfortable. We live out of town, and I would always be worry-free if she was his primary nurse on those days we needed to go home. Terin shared her knowledge with us on caring for his g-tube and trach. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she knew exactly who to ask. She is a gem!
