Terina Appodaca, RN

I had a recent ATV accident and had 12 fractured ribs, a fractured shoulder, and a punctured lung. I got admitted with shortness of breath and they needed to place a chest tube to drain some fluid from my lungs. Terina was my nurse in the emergency room and she was very caring. It was a busy and hectic day in the ER but Terina ensured care for me. She provided all the information that I needed to reduce my anxiety. Her commitment to care and customer service was excellent. Her attitude and energy were also a ray of sunshine. I am grateful for the outstanding care that I received from Terina and she deserves to be recognized. She is the kind of employee that the hospital needs.
