Terra Saigh, RN

Recently, Terra volunteered to take care of five patients (four with ICU level of care orders and one with comfort measures). On this night the acuity of the ICU was very high as well as the census made staffing the unit challenging. Terra not only provided excellent patient care; she also was able to continue to educate RN Extern. On this day, like always, despite the challenging shift she continually displays a positive attitude and a willingness to help others and be a team player. This is a short explanation of the attributes that Terra possesses and why she is a DAISY Nurse.
