Terrah truly went above and beyond during our time in Labor and Delivery. From the moment she came into our room, she made me feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. She always responded quickly to my call light and never once made me feel like I was a burden. After my C-section, she patiently and encouragingly helped me take my very first steps, reassuring me every step of the way. She answered all of my questions with kindness and confidence, which brought me so much peace during a vulnerable time. She made sure my water was always full and anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. She also went out of her way to make our entire family feel included by bringing my two older girls “big sister” crowns, making them feel extra special during such a big life change. Because of her thoughtfulness, compassion, and attention to detail, she helped make our stay absolutely perfect and truly memorable. Terrah’s warm smile and genuine kindness went a long way and made a lasting impact on our family. We are so incredibly grateful for the exceptional care she provided for us!
