Terrance Davis, RN

On an extraordinarily busy evening, Terrance demonstrated extraordinary care and compassion on our unit. We had a patient needing ICU care and in order to accommodate, Terry switched assignments so he could mentor and coach two newer nurses who needed to learn from the situation. He was thorough and patient and willing to teach while giving excellent care to our very sick patient. As I witnessed, I thought “What a Rockstar”. Terry exemplifies everything nursing means and is a true DAISY Nurse. 

Terrance is a remarkable nurse and he exemplifies the VALUES of Kaiser Permanente Nursing. He provides EXCELLENT care, with INTEGRITY and COMPASSION; he is a TEAM player, extremely PROFESSIONAL, and keeps the PATIENT AND FAMILY IN THE CENTER of everything that he does. Terrance truly is an Extraordinary Nurse.
