Nurse Terrance was our nurse for two days. He walks in with a smile that could light up the sky. He was extremely professional, but friendly as well. You could tell he loves his job. He treated my family member with such dignity even though he had to repeat himself over and over. He took his time to make sure he understood. His IV machine would beep if my family member moved or bent his arm which he did probably 25 times. Each time Nurse Terrance would say, "no worries, it's not your fault". His patience was beyond the norm. He is someone any hospital should treasure to have on their staff. I don't usually do these surveys but I felt this was an important one as my family member is a difficult patient with many health issues and relies on me too much so he tends to not listen to directions when we are here, which in turn causes him to bend his arm. To name an example that machine must have beeped 25 times and never did the nurse show any frustration. He is an angel and a keeper. Thank you, Kaiser Permanente, for hiring Nurse Terrance!
