Terri Cottner, MSN-ed, RN

All of the nurses were great here, helping me recover from a very serious surgery, but Terri seemed to stand out as someone very special. She did her job with a lot of enthusiasm, dedication, kindness, and love. Those little "extras" really impressed me. She did her nurse's duty with professionalism, but always took time to do those "extras" like giving me a bath, changing my bed, getting me a popsicle, and even giving me encouraging pep talks. She always greeted me with a smile and "how are you doing today?" You could tell right off that she cared about your welfare. She never left without asking, "Is there anything else I can do?" This let me know that I was special. I will always remember Terri as a nurse you didn't dread seeing coming into your room because you knew that she was going to make you feel better! Terri Cottner is a true DAISY Nurse.
