Terri has been a ray of sunshine for our unit during the COVID crisis. I have witnessed her reading Bible verses to patients, using her personal phone to play church services and music for them, and patiently showing an elderly family member how to set up FaceTime on their phone. She has taken a huge load off the nurse by being the daily communicator with the patients' loved ones while they are unable to be at the bedside. Terri also has not hesitated to lend a hand with patient care including turning and bathing them. We appreciate your compassion and kind heart!
