Nurse Terri Gilbert took great care of my mother. Terri ensured she provided the needed care, even during the hospital administration takeover.

My mother's doctor had stated that she would be released that evening. Upon seeing my mother's desire to go home, and her discharge order not showing in the system, Nurse Gilbert sprang into action. She was able to get all the stars aligned for my mom's discharge.

We will be forever grateful for all the care and exceptional professionalism from the entire team of nurses, doctors, CNAs, and housekeepers. In particular, we were ever so grateful for Nurse Gilbert.
