Terri was taking care of a patent who recently started chemotherapy and was depressed because his hair was starting to fall out. Terri offered to come in on her day off, over a holiday weekend, with her clippers to cut his hair. During a discharge phone call to the patient, he expressed that Terri went above and beyond to help him feel more comfortable. He couldn't believe Terri came in on her Saturday off to do this for him! He was very grateful to her.
