Terri went above and beyond as my father's nurse. She was skilled, compassionate, dedicated and really made him comfortable and paid attention to all of his family. She took the time to explain everything clearly to us as she knew we were in shock. She also went above and beyond making sure we all had what we needed. From her simple smile to a gentle touch on the shoulder, Terri helped to comfort us in a very dark time. She also made sure we were aware of services and supports we didn't think of, such as the tray and water and offering child life to make handprints for us. While she was late getting off of work she still took an extra moment to let us know we were in her thoughts and prayers. She is a remarkable nurse. As a nurse myself and a daughter of a patient, I can honestly say she is fantastic. Thank you, Terri.
